UCLA Education, trading as Ultra Care Learning Academy Ltd, is Newport’s specialist alternative education provider for young people aged 11 to 16. We exist for one reason: to give learners who haven’t thrived in mainstream school a genuine second chance to succeed.
Every young person we work with has a different story: exclusion, anxiety, SEMH needs, attendance difficulties, or simply a need for something mainstream school couldn’t offer. We meet them exactly where they are, and walk with them toward where they’re capable of going.
